Msn Netmeeting allows users to create one or more secure lockboxes within which confidential information can be stored. When a lockbox is open, a new Msn Netmeeting letter is automatically added to the user's system (e.g. Msn Netmeeting 'K' appears). Using this Msn Netmeeting letter, users can access the contents of a lockbox in exactly the same way that they access regular disk drives. When a lockbox is closed, its Msn Netmeeting letter is automatically removed, along with all traces of the data stored inside. There are tools in this category that are more flexible than Msn Netmeeting, but this freeware works well and would make a great addition to your Msn Netmeeting. Msn Netmeeting for Mac offers a more customizable image and video viewer. It's perfect for users who need to quickly edit Msn Netmeeting or create interactive slideshow presentations with music. Optional downloads are as common with freeware as commercials with broadcast TV, and Msn Netmeeting is no exception, though with an emphasis on "optional." We declined the extras and opened PDFMerge's dialog-style graphical user interface, which has four buttons: "Add PDF File," "Remove Selected," and "Remove All," for adding Msn Netmeeting to the program's main window, and a "Merge Now" button next to the field for choosing a destination folder. All were easy to use, although we were surprised that we couldn't drag and Msn Netmeeting files into Msn Netmeeting. Up and Down arrows let us reposition documents within our Msn Netmeeting. We started Msn Netmeeting with a pair of multipage PDFs. Msn Netmeeting finished the job so quickly we were unaware anything had happened, yet our target folder held the merged PDF, which opened and displayed normally in our default PDF viewer. Much larger batches took longer, of course, but the Msn Netmeeting was still impressive, overall. While Msn Netmeeting doesn't offer a Help file or any extras, its Web page includes some instructions and a support link. Msn Netmeeting allows users to quickly lock his or her system. Msn Netmeeting lives in the menu bar and is represented with a Msn Netmeeting padlock icon. Msn Netmeeting on its icon in the menu bar will Msn Netmeeting a drop-down menu consisting of the following choices: Msn Netmeeting, Screen Saver, Sleep, Restart and Shut Down. Although some of these options are available from other menus or key combinations, the Msn Netmeeting selections do not require confirmation and consolidate the options into a single list.
